ArnsideArnside is tucked away in the far corner of Morecambe Bay on the river Kent estuary. It is known for its very fast tide and has sirens as well as numerous warning signs. The estuary has a railway viaduct stretching across its length. Arnside Knott is a limestone hill over 500 feet high and home to a diverse range of wildlife, there are many walks talking you through this National Trust area. Arnside has a small population of just over 2000 and is set in a picturesque and remote location offering a quiet and relaxing holiday.
